If you wish to make a formal complaint about an incident at the practice, you can get a leaflet from reception. We aim to look into matters within 10 working days. You may then receive a formal reply in writing, or you may be invited to meet and attempt to resolve the issue.
Please pass on any compliments or comments in person or in writing to the reception team.
